We seek an attorney or attorneys who will provide excellent legal representation to our local community, with the goal of future partnership.  

Because our firm has been around for more than 50 years, we have a wide and diverse client base.  Our new attorney(s) will take on transactional matters, such as real estate, commercial transactions, and estate planning.  In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be encouraged to try their hand at any number of practice areas.  Our practice involves a wide range of opportunities in the areas of estate and business planning, business transactions, corporate, probate, real estate, banking, civil litigation, and family law.

The successful candidate will be licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa. This is a full-time position.  Full benefit package including retirement plan and health insurance available.

While we prefer an attorney with prior experience, we will consider any candidate with a strong academic background who is ready and able to learn quickly, tackle new challenges, and enjoy a small city lifestyle and the many professional opportunities that a rural practice provides.
