Defend & Advocate – Remote Immigration Contract Attorney$75/hour | Fully Remote | Flexible Schedule | Daily Availability Required What You’ll Do: Represent clients in removal defense cases (cancellation of removal, asylum, stays of removal, bond hearings) Review & prepare bond motions and all other filings Appear at EOIR hearings (telephonic/video as permitted) Maintain client communication & case updates Draft, edit & review motions, briefs, and supporting evidence What We’re Looking For: JD & active law license in any U.S. jurisdiction
