Leff Law Firm is seeking a Transactional Associate/Lateral Attorney to join our team in Iowa City, Iowa. We are a general practice law firm, and we are looking for an attorney to assist in handling our growing caseload. Experience is preferred.
Areas of Practice: The Transactional Attorney’s areas of practice would include: Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration, Real Estate Transactions, Business Formation & Maintenance, Contracts, and Tax.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Iowa Bar (or, for current law students, eligibility and willingness to seek bar admission).
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
