Sullivan & Ward, P.C. is seeking an Attorney whose primary responsibilities are to perform legal work representing generation and transmission cooperatives, their member distribution cooperatives, and affiliated associations. The work performed includes, but is not limited to: identifying and assessing systemic and operational problem areas and associated legal risks in the environmental, worker safety, commercial carrier, disaster recovery, employment and other state and federal regulatory areas with a goal of compliance with applicable federal and state statutes and rules and regulations, communicating information to cooperative member representatives, including staff, boards, management and officers, and communicating with public, private and governmental offici
