Associate Attorney - Immigration
We are seeking an associate attorney with 1-5 years experience in Immigration law. Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required. The position will require the supervision of three bi-lingual and experienced Immigration paralegals. Presently our practice is oriented toward family immigration, self petitions, and specialized complex immigration matters involving appeals and district court actions. We also have a limited employment immigration practice that focuses on National Interest Waivers and L-Visas. We no longer handle Immigration Court matters, but continue to take appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Federal Circuit Courts.
