McGrath North is seeking to add to its growing business corporate practice group in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate has 0-5 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in a variety of corporate transactional matters, including drafting governance documents for various entity structures, providing corporate governance advice and negotiating commercial contracts, and should have an interest in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and corporate restructurings.
