The immigration paralegal will prepare or file online all USCIS forms and draft supporting legal letters for all types of visas/applications/petitions. Essential Functions Assisting and supporting attorney in the preparation and filing of immigration applications, including immigrant visa petitions, applications for permanent residency, naturalization applications, including PERMs, Preference Petitions and Adjustment of Status Applications.
