The Associate Counsel will support UnityPoint Health’s strategy and business services groups. Initially, the role will focus on drafting, reviewing and revising general business contracts, including supply chain, equipment, consulting, and software agreements, as well as contracts supporting strategically important service lines such as cardiology, oncology, and other system-priority areas.  Over time, the Associate Counsel is expected to take on increasing responsibility for significant business transactions, strategic initiatives, and governance matters, and to become familiar with regulatory issues that affect the health care industry. We are seeking
