Overview:
We are seeking an Associate to join the Litigation department in our Des Moines office with the opportunity to work remotely in a hybrid environment.
Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
2+ years of general business litigation experience including real estate, construction, and commercial litigation
Prior experience in private practice or related in-house positions
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
Strong academic background
J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Iowa
