Our firm does not handle litigation, even within our areas of practice.
Office hours 9 - 5, and as needed to maintain superior client services.
Able to speak English with clarity and confidence, on the telephone and in person.

Willing to commit to long term employment in office, in Grimes. This is not a work from home job or a hybrid work from home job.
Already know that you like doing estate planning and work that falls under Chapter 633, and are not just looking around to see what you might want to do for your career.
Able to arrive at work on time for each scheduled work day; able to be mentally focused and productive on work tasks while at work, and interact with other staff and clients in a positive and supportive way avoiding drama and negative energy, for the remainder of the work day.
Have compassion, patience, and be encouraging for those who have disabilities, are neurodiverse, and/or do not fit into traditional social models of sex or gender identity.
Committed to conducting yourself with respect and courtesy towards others at all times, whether on or off the clock. We are a small law firm. Misconduct by a staff member, even outside the office, can ruin the reputation that I have spent over a decade building.
