We seek a new associate to join our firm to handle removal defense and complicated immigration cases with waivers.
We will train a new attorney, but we will give preference to experienced immigration attorneys or attorneys with substantial litigation experience.
Ideal candidates must demonstrate strong legal analysis abilities, writing skills, and interest in immigration litigation.
Other qualities include:
Spanish fluency with superior verbal communication skills
Strong communication skills and patience to explain complicated, multi-step case strategies to our clients who are unfamiliar with the American justice system and speak limited English
