The Job

· Overesee our clients’ cases in Dubuque County and neighboring counties including felony and misdemeanor cases: discovery, pleadings, and motions; pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and criminal trials.

· Conduct client meetings and recommend strategies

· Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work

· Learn and gradually take ownership of bankruptcy cases, including advising clients, attending 341 meetings and hearings, and managing other bankruptcy-related matters.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable. The compensation package includes a base salary of $100,000 plus bonus compensation for production and performance. We offer employer-matched 401K, unlimited PTO and are closed on all Federal holidays. We also pay for continuing legal education, bar dues, and some approved voluntary bar memberships.
