Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Financial Services practice in our Charlotte office. Preferred candidates would have two to three years of commercial lending experience and must have a working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire for in-office development are required.
