Groom Law Group is seeking a mid-level associate with commercial litigation experience to join its nationwide federal court ERISA practice. The litigation associate would represent clients in class actions and other complex litigation matters related to the management and administration of retirement and healthcare plans, as well as investigations by federal agencies.
