The State Public Defender’s Office is seeking to contract with an attorney to be part of Scott County’s Mental Health Court Program in Davenport, Iowa.  The contract will begin on January 1, 2025 and end on June 30, 2024 with the intent to renew in the next fiscal year.  It is expected that the attorney selected will work 20 hours per month toward the contract.  Rate of pay is $1,400 per month.
