Dehra Miotke seeks a motivated Immigration Paralegal with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in handling U Visa applications, I-601 waivers, I-601A provisional waivers and family-based immigration filings.
The ideal job candidate for this position should possess:
- Associate's degree
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Superior writing, speaking and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with a high-volume Immigration-related caseload;
- Experience in drafting U Visa Applications, I-601 and I-601A waivers, legal memoranda; and affidavits.
- Excellent writing skills
- The ability to keep apprised of ongoing changes in the Immigration landscape.
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
