Nyemaster Goode is seeking a motivated attorney with 2 to 6 years of experience to join the firm's active corporate and transactional practice.  Candidates must be proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.  Candidates should have prior law firm experience, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, contracting and general corporate matters preferred.  Candidates must posses a strong academic background and be eligible for waiver into Iowa or willing to sit for the next bar exam.  Shareholder-level opportunities are available for qualified candidates.
