A prestigious Immigration Law Firm seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic team. Preferred skills include foreign language, excellent analytical and writing skills, organization and research skills with attention to detail.
Prepare and implement immigration case strategy, and communicate with clients regarding same.
Represent clients in all aspects of immigration law.
Conduct legal research as required.
Review, finalize, and file immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, as well as related applications.
Supervise and interact with all legal staff.
Manage and prioritize high volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain case records and run reports using firm technology tools and systems.
Present and speak about immigration topics before business and professional groups and conduct training for clients and staff.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.
U.S. JD or LLM required.
Attorney licensed and in good standing to practice law in California or any other U.S. jurisdiction as defined at 8 CFR §1.2.
For Junior Attorneys: 0-3 years of immigration law experience.
For Senior Attorneys: At least 3 years of immigration law experience.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and have strong analytical and organizational skills.
Foreign language fluency is preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with case management software and KPI work management systems is a strong plus.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and immigration case management software tools.
Proficiency in Docketwise, DOL online systems, including FLAG, USCIS online systems would be a plus, but is not required.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
