The Buena Vista County Attorney’s Office is hiring for the position of Assistant County Attorney. The position will cover a portion of the indictable misdemeanor caseload, and felonies may also be assigned based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Other duties, including magistrate and juvenile court dockets may be assigned as time permits. Familiarity with civil law matters, including but not limited to transactional real estate, property tax, and/or property valuation protests, is helpful but not required.
