Nyemaster Goode is seeking a motivated candidate with 3+ years of experience to join our expanding Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice group.

The work will involve representing a broad range of clients in out-of-court restructuring, state court creditors’ rights matters and complex bankruptcy cases. Desired candidates will have experience with a range of sophisticated bankruptcy and commercial litigation issues, including business torts, contract disputes, liens, foreclosures, receiverships, voidable transfers, claims litigation, adversary cases, cash collateral or priority disputes and 363 proceedings. Drafting and prosecuting contested matters with discovery and courtroom experience is preferred. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
