Please note that if you don’t love everything in this ad, please don’t apply—you deserve to spend your working hours at a company you love.

We do family-based immigration, humanitarian, and removal defense. We are looking for an organized, passionate attorney who likes to work hard by helping our incredible clients. In exchange, that attorney knows that she, he, or they will feel immeasurably fulfilled in service to our clients.

***

We are groundbreaking not only in the ways we serve our clients but in the way we have built our team. We are looking for someone who is ingenious, strategic, and enthusiastic about our mission to build long-lasting foundations for immigrant families in the United States.

We are doing life-changing work and want an attorney who believes that their life’s work is meant for this cause. Every member of our team understands that our work has lasting consequences in each and every person’s lives we serve.

We believe it is important to create an atmosphere where each team member can be productive and where they can refine and develop their skills so they are always learning, growing, and improving. Our combined experiences are critical to everything we do.

***

We believe each team member must hold themselves and their teammates accountable so that excellence is always present. Communication and team spirit in a fast-paced business that celebrates growth make it a place worth working.

We also believe in Policies, Procedures, and Key Performance Indicators, so that we know we are always working in an efficient manner that gets results. We expect greatness and are willing to help you get there, but we will also be just as honest in our performance reviews if you are not reaching the expectations that have been set. If you don’t thrive on developing your skills and education, then this is not the right job for you. Every person on our team is growing every month.

***

If you know that you are the best of the best and you want to join our mission, please apply!

Our Associate is an outstanding person who will join our team within the next 90 days in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. They have 3-5 years of experience in immigration law and understand the importance of serving the immigrant community. They are outgoing, intelligent, and a natural-born leader.

Our Associate knows that being effective is better than being right. They ask for input but don’t need a lot of day-to-day guidance.

Our Associate understands that they’ll be required to do some removal defense hearings and attend USCIS interviews within 90 days of onboarding. In fact, they enjoy the variety of solving new problems every day. They will be in constant contact with clients, too.

We serve all kinds of people and find ourselves working with IJs, USCIS Officers, and Border Patrol Agents of all backgrounds; therefore, we all must have a level of unmatched professionalism, confidence, and humility.

Pay: Salary starts at $75,000-$95,000, Depending on Experience. We offer benefits, including health, 401k, and 4 weeks PTO.

***

Interested candidates should prepare a cover letter with no more than TWO paragraphs and a closing sentence. The first paragraph must explain what you believe are the 3 most important qualities needed for an attorney to work with immigration clients and why they are important. In the second paragraph, explain why you applied to this particular ad. As a closing sentence, please write, “I have read the instructions contained in the job posting and have followed the instructions.” The subject line of your response should read your last name in all caps, followed by the position you are applying for in lower case, followed by one word that you would use to describe yourself in all caps, e.g. SMITH job title AWESOME.

Only the fearless are invited to join our cause!
