JOB DUTIES
Draft and finalize error-free motions and briefs
Think through basic or complex legal issues as needed per case
Represent clients
You will be an integral part of developing client trust and rapport
Work closely with paralegals in collecting documents and finalizing applications
Strict maintenance of our internal court calendar

Our Associate is an outstanding person who will join our team within the next 90 days inthe Rio Grande Valley of Texas. They have 3-5 years of experience in immigration law and understand the importance of serving the immigrant community. They are outgoing, intelligent, and a natural-born leader.
Our Associate knows that being effective is better than being right. They ask for input but don’t need a lot of day-to-day guidance.
Our Associate understands that they’ll be required to do some removal defense hearings and attend USCIS interviews within 90 days of onboarding. In fact, they enjoy the variety of solving new problems every day. They will be in constant contact with clients, too.
We serve all kinds of people and find ourselves working with IJs, USCIS Officers, and Border Patrol Agents of all backgrounds; therefore, we all must have a level of unmatched professionalism, confidence, and humility.
Pay: Salary starts at $75,000-$95,000, Depending on Experience. We offer benefits, including health, 401k, and 4 weeks PTO.
