The Law Office of Ashima Duggal is a Silicon Valley-based immigration practice, and we seek an U.S. licensed Immigration Attorney to work as part of a team to manage cases for individuals and employers. Candidates can be remote. This is a partnership track position, which offers leadership, growth and opportunity to expand one's skills, knowledge and expertise.  

The ideal candidate will have experience in many areas, including: H-1B, H-2B L-1, O-1, PERM Labor Certification, EB-1, NIW, adjustment of status, and family and naturalization cases. Training can be provided to the right candidate. 

The ideal candidate should be someone with strong multi-tasking and communication skills, and a self-starter who can manage clients, staff and lead consults with new clients. Competitive salary according to experience.
