Boutique immigration firm looking for an experienced business immigration lawyer to join our growing team.
The position involves: legal writing and research; preparation and review of EB-1As, EB-2s, and O-1s; management of H-1Bs/L-1s/E-2s; and, overall collaboration with our team of experienced lawyers and paralegals to provide the most efficient and high quality services to our clients. The attorney will have regular communications with both corporate and individual clients.
Must have JD and at least 2 years of business immigration law experience. Experience with extraordinary ability petitions is a huge plus. Must have solid writing skills and exceptional communication skills. Attention to detail is an absolute must.
