GHP is seeking a paralegal to assist attorneys in working with clients to file immigration petitions and supporting documentation for humanitarian relief (asylum, Convention Against Torture, VAWA, U Visas), removal defense, business visas, family-based petitions, detention representation, DACA, bond representation, naturalization, BIA and federal court appeals. Requires direct client interaction and collaboration with colleagues, as well as correspondence with U.S. government agencies.
We are searching for someone who cares deeply about immigrant rights and is passionate about helping immigrants through the legal process.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
2+ year experience as Immigration paralegal
Bilingual Spanish or Punjabi preferred, but not required
