Care Initiatives is now hiring a Paralegal to join our Legal Department in West Des Moines.  This person will assist in providing legal services on a variety of corporate matters and will be capable of juggling a task load that requires the shifting priorities as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess a go-getter attitude, thrive in a fast paced environment and bring amazing organization/communication skills with them.

This position will provide legal and administrative support in many areas including: fact finding, investigating incidents, managing case files, managing contracts, reviewing and analyzing medical records, assisting with collections and worker's compensation matters, and more.  

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills to carry out their assigned tasks in a timely and complete manner as well as exceptional communication and customer service skills to work with a diverse population.
