We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Coordinator in the Washington, DC or Atlanta, GA office at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team of lawyers, paralegals and staff. The CRM Coordinator is responsible for supporting the goals and activities of the Client and Practice Development Department. General responsibilities include managing data in the firm’s client relationship management (CRM) program InterAction, as well as creating and sending e-communications using Vuture. Responsibilities and Duties: - Collaborates in pursuit of producing and implementing innovative digital marketing and technology solutions.
- Supports the creation and usage of tools and resources to advance the business development goals of the firm.
- Provides support for firm legal alerts.
- Creates and sends e-communications to contacts as required using the Vuture application.
- Creates new events in the Vuture Event Check-in app.
- Updates changes in the Vuture Preference Manager application.
- Monitors, processes and coordinates Data Change Management tickets in InterAction.
- Processes undeliverable mail and email bounce-backs.
- Assists in practice-specific mailing lists, including regularly updating subscription requests through Preference Manager and reviewing appropriate Data Change Management tickets associated with Preference Manager.
- Identifies users who require additional assistance or training based on usage issues.
- Assists support staff and attorneys with questions or issues regarding InterAction and contact data.
- Collaborate with the team in the planning and rollout of enhancements to the InterAction and Vuture applications.
- Improves overall data integrity by checking for duplicates and incomplete information, processes and assists in the data quality for client and contact data in InterAction, ensures accurate and up-to-date information for client/target mailings, imports data into InterAction from other sources—such as Microsoft Excel, associates people contacts to appropriate company contact records, researches contact and company data using internal and external resources, assists with data mining activities to create target lists of appropriate contacts, promotes and merges new client records that appear in a pending InterAction folder from the accounting database.
- Maintains awareness of the firm’s top clients, shareholders and industry groups, and use this knowledge to direct resources towards high-value contacts.
- Assists colleagues in the creation of training materials as needed.
- Provides assistance and back-up to colleagues in a wide range of CRM activities related to events, marketing-related electronic communications and business development.
- Other projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - A Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited college or university.
- 18+ months working with the client relationship management database InterAction and/or coordinating email marketing campaigns using Vuture is required. A solid working knowledge of computers and high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as the internet is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required. Detail-oriented, organized and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite with high proficiency in Outlook are required. Advanced knowledge of Excel/Word and internet research are also required. Must be proficient in InterAction and/or Vuture.
