Prepare, file, and monitor status of NIV and IV petitions for corporate and individual clients including PERM, H-1B, H-2B, L-1, TN, O-1/EB1, EB2/3, E-2, E-3, B-1/2, etc.
Update and maintain case files via LawLogix.
Give consultation and provide strategic solutions to prospective clients.
Advise corporate clients regarding immigration compliance.
Must be located in New York
