The IT Services Manager, Workstation Deployment manages the methods, process, and software used for imaging and deployment of workstations. The IT Services Manager, Workstation Deployment also provides support to the Local Services Group, attorneys, and staff as necessary. The IT Services Manager, Workstation Deployment is responsible for several focus areas where he or she is the primary responsible person for each area and provides support to others on these areas.
This person works in a fast-paced, team environment, requiring strong written and verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and procedure are required. This person works in concert with all members of IT to support on-going technical operations within the firm environment.
Proficient in desktop operating systems and standard Microsoft Office applications
Understanding of server operations, systems, and patching procedures
Knowledge of desktop virtualization, configuration, and operation
Knowledge of Microsoft patch model and procedures for installing and confirming patches are applied
Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for workstation imaging, patching, and deployment
Analytical thinking, judgment and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work more than 40 hours per week, and maintain an irregular work schedule, as required.
